For months, we’ve watched as Strike 3 Holdings has pursued a relentless “gravy train” of copyright lawsuits against alleged torrenters. (There have been doing these lawsuits for over 10 years). The irony, however, has just reached a new level. The very movies at the center of these lawsuits are still showing up on torrent sites, proving that the digital dam is, well, still full of holes.
A review of recent torrent activity reveals a number of titles from Vixen Media Group’s “Blacked” brand that were leaked online from July to September 2025. These include movies like “Serenity Cox – The Blueprint Part 4” uploaded on September 10, “Stars 8” on September 20, and “Emin Mimota, Dolly Orchid – Besties Take Turns Cumming On His Horse” on August 5. This continued leakage presents a unique challenge for Strike 3. Some of the uploaders are repeat offenders for several months or years. Have they been sued? Can they be sued? How can you sue people for distributing content that is already being widely distributed, seemingly from a source outside of their control?
This raises a tantalizing question: who or what is behind these persistent leaks?
We can only speculate, but the possibilities are intriguing. Is it a rival production company, engaged in a shadow war to undermine Vixen’s business? Or perhaps a disgruntled former employee, a modern-day digital saboteur with a grudge and access to the master files? The truth is, the person behind these leaks might be a lot closer to home than Strike 3 would like to admit.
It’s a bizarre catch-22. Strike 3’s legal strategy hinges on the idea that these leaks are a problem caused by thousands of anonymous “John Does.” Yet, as long as new, high-quality content continues to flood the torrent sites directly, the company’s litigation seems to be attacking the symptoms, not the source. For now, the “Blacked” catalog continues to be a ghost in the machine, and the source of the leak remains a mystery.
